Rushbrook Consultants recognises that the disciplines of quality, health and safety and environmental management are an integral part of its management function.
The Organisation views these as a primary responsibility and to be the key to good business in adopting appropriate quality standards. The Organisation’s Quality Policy calls for continual improvement in its quality management activities and business is conducted according to the following principles.

•  We follow a concept of continual improvement and make best use of our management resources in all quality matters
•  We communicate our quality objectives and our performance against these objectives throughout the Organisation and to interested parties.
•  We work in partnership with our Clients in a relationship that is mutually beneficial
•  We work with our suppliers to establish the highest quality standards
•  We support continuing professional development of our staff
•  We train our staff in the needs and responsibilities of quality management
•  We deliver a service in accordance with the highest professional and ethical standards
All members of Rushbrook, Directors, Managers, Staff, Employees and Sub-consultants must comply with our Quality Policy. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action.
The effectiveness of this policy will be measured and audited as part of Rushbrook quality management system and we will review our Quality Policy annually, considering the need for any amendments in the light of changing circumstances.
In striving for continuous improvement in health and safety performance the Board of Directors will monitor the Company's performance in relation to this policy and where necessary changes will be made.
This policy statement will be made available to our stakeholders and other interested parties through our website, and is available at each of our company offices.
The Director responsible for our Quality Policy is Al Brown.
